I still would like to have more children...ideally 2 more, but i dont know what to do...should i get a reduction first, try to lose weight more or just have the kids and then fix my body?

Why is it that after every meal be it large, medium or small i feel a slight stomach pain that lingers all day?

the pain is also present even when i don't eat, in between meals.I also become a bit tired and i feel heavy but diabetes tests have come back negative after multiple tests. It doesn't matter what i eat or drink even from low glycemic index foods to cola or coke i must feel this discomfort after consuming any foods or fruits. My fish are dying .help?

i have a 240ltr tropical fish tank for 7 months now.9 congo tetra,6 juilie cory cats,2 bristlenose cat fish,15 platies,8 harlequin rasporas,10 neon tetras.all was well till 3 days ago when i noticed 2 harlequins dead.followed next day by 2 platties and 1 congo tetra . then today another congo a neon and a platy.my hearts breaking watching it happen as ive tried to do things the right way..i do weekly water change of 30/40 % and add tetra easybalance after a change.i have an external and internal filter both bio i change the top white pad each week but only clean all other media in tank water every 2/3 weeks.and dispose of my carbon every 2 weeks.i add declorinator to my new water and try to get the temp as close to my tank as possible.my tank temp is 24/27 degrees.i test my water each week .always seem to have omonia at .25 sometimes 0 .nitrites 0 nitrates 0 and ph is at 7.6..i have an air pump and a selection of false plants and hiding places .i have noticed some fish were gasping for air at the top 3 days ago .so as my fish book says i did a water change and one each day since but their still gasping and dying.i don't know what to do next .i know this means lack of oxygen but i have my air filter on except at night and my water change gives a little Relief but im doing something wrong .i was wondering if my tank was overcrowded as this seemed to happen soon after i added my final species .the harlequin rasporas.ive been conscious of this all along .help

Just to set the scene, some info. If you can smell an onion, the "scent" is also likely to make your eyes water. I am finding it hard Colin. I see that umpires may very well be encouraged to only notice certain happenings on ground during close games in order to throw the results in a certain direction. I noticed that tonights Dreamtime umpiring was very fair up until the point of the Bombers starting to make a comeback in their score and then the amount of obvious free kicks to Essendon that went unpaid was disgusting! In my opinion this may have more to do with betting and AFL profits than team location though. I would not be surprised if these goings on explain Darren Goldspinks sudden departure from umpiring; He was one of the "good umpires"!

Interesting question actually, in fact I didn't know that Titan was tidally locked to Saturn. Still, let's think about this, Titan is still orbiting Saturn. And if you visualize it, the only way a moon could orbit a planet without the planet having phases would be if the Moon was orbiting exactly perpendicular to the planet's orbit around the Sun, and maintained that orientation as the Planet orbited its sun. That seems really unlikely, so from Titan Saturn must have phases. In fact I guess the phases would be synced to Titan's orbit around Saturn.

Yes. I have PCOS and found out after hubby and I had tried to conceive for 3 years. I ended up taking a dose of clomid and it was successful that. After that my monthly cycles did not return and I was told there was really no way of becoming preggy since I do not ovulate. For almost FOUR years after having the other child I participated in a fitness challenge at my local gym. Going earned points as did weight loss. I went to the gym every day for an hour for six weeks. While doing this I did the South Beach Diet religiously. I lost 15 lbs in those 6 weeks! A few weeks after the end of the challenge I started to feel sick. I was better by late afternoon and hubby finally said I should take a preggy test. WHAT!?!? I thought. But alas, here I am, 30 weeks preggy with our little surprise. Turns out that that diet and exercise caused me to ovulate. So I can say with certainty that the South Beach Diet combined with exercise straightened me out. I have found the South Beach Diet to make me feel a LOT better. Since PCOS is basically a pre-diabetic state, high carb diets always made me feel groggy and sluggish. I did not realize how much they did until I felt the effects of the diet. I would highly suggest your wife try this out. It's hard so she'll need your support. Perhaps you can do it with her. PCOS also causes intense carb cravings so getting through Phase 1 can be a challenge w/o willpower! Good luck to you and to her, PCOS can really cause havoc to a body and she will love your support as she tries to curb her symptoms!

if you go online to google and type in "newborn checklist" or something of that nature you will find hundreds of websites with checklists of what you absolutley will need and things you might want to have as well. wipes mylicon drops tylenol drops swing or bouncer is a nessecity because it soothes baby alot if you have limited space might i suggest the boppy rock in comfort travel swing i also have limited space and OMG its the best swing ever and it folds up so nicely you can stick it right into a closet a diaper bag if you are having a boy you will need petroleum jelly for his cirscision if he is getting one alchohol wipes or a bottle of alchohol with some cotton swabs for the umbilical chord q tips grooming kit baby nail clippers baby mittens is also a must they scratch the crap out of their faces when they are little, also a traveling lotion kit will help out alot it has lotion powder baby wash and shampoo also diaper rash cream in it in small little bottles perfect for the diaper bag you might want to buy a bulb syringe thing, they give you one at the hossy but its nice to have two one for your diaper bag and one for your house make sure to get 2 or 3 preemie outfits just in case to pack in your hospital bag in case you have a small baby but keep the receipt and dont take the tags off you can always return them for newborn clothes if you have a big baby but its always nice to be prepared!! q tips are nice to have for the baby's nose when they have bogers around the edge instead of having to dig at them with that bulb thing you can just swipe it out with a q tip. if you are planning to feed i would get a nursing wrap a boppy pillow(absolute lifesaver) and some lansinoh for your also pads disposable are the easiest to use from my experiences these are just things i can think of off the top of my head but like i said you could google it and find all kinds of info good luck and congrats on your baby they are so much fun i have a 4 year old daughter and a 6 day old son good luck!!

I'm about to be 35 and I've never held a job. In order to make something of myself I went back to school at 32, and began working steadily at 33.5 years old. What career could come from learning several languages?

My full thought was that I love foreign languages. The sound of them, learning them, speaking them have all appealed to me so much over the years. I was hoping to learn at least 2/3 of the following list. Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Chinese, and Japanese. I know the list is pretty staggering and many people tell me I'm looking too boldly, but I have a plan set already for how I'll learn them. I'm going to be spending a full year in Russia as a Foreign Exchange student in about a month, and in that year I'll be completely immersed in nothing but Russian language/culture. Once I return I'll be finishing my final year in High School (I'm 18 now but I must take a bridge year for the exchange) while studying Spanish avidly with my brother. He's fully fluent and lived in Columbia for several year with his wife who he met in the country. Then I would like to double major in Chinese and French at a medium-large sized university (such as BGSU or OSU) and after two years of studying I'd apply for their study abroad programs. After I graduate I'd be fluent in both languages, leaving me with only Spanish to refine and Japanese and Italian to learn. Italian is so similar to French and Spanish I'd be able to teach myself the langauge, but Japanese is not the same case. I would try and find a job that I could use my languages in while I took cles in Japanese language and culture, preferably as a translator/interpreter. Now where could I find a career that would utilize my training. I imagine I would have to work for a big business or the government that worked internationally, but what job opening would I apply for. Could I work for a U.S consulate overseas or could I stay in the U.S and have a job that would allow me to travel still. I don't know what else I should try and learn to secure myself a career in such a company. So anyone have any tips?

My Cat has returned after a month but has changed :(?

About a month ago our landlord came up to me and my wife and told us we were no longer allowed to have 2 cats in our apartment. We came to a very sad decision for both of us and decided to find one of our cats a good home. After we found him a home, we though was great for him, we received a call to inform us that she was having behavioral issues with our cat. She said she was going to take him to an animal shelter. We were saddened things didnt work out for her but we didnt want him to be sent to an animal shelter. We picked him up soon as we heard and returned him home. He was only gone a little over a month and when returned he started acting so weird. He would hide from us, and hiss at his brother. It was so shocking to us because he had NEVER hissed since we had him. We began petting his belly as it was his most favorite, and he hissed at me so loudly! It also seems, when i walk over to him he cowers in fear!!! My guess is someone was hitting him which really upsets me so much! It was a big mistake for us to have let him go but we could never give him up to a random animal shelter and only had his best intentions. My question is, will he ever go back to how he used to be? We want our old cat back and will never leave our sight again.

Most organized Christian religions accept this truth, that includes Protestants, Lutherans, Catholics, Methodists, Baptists, Episcopalians, Presbyterians, non-denominational Christians. I have never met a Mormon or a Jehovah Witness that has confessed that when Jesus died on the cross that it was finished as far as sin. That doesn't mean you accept this truth and then continue to do what you know is wrong, it means that we can't do anything ourselves to get rid of sin. We are all sinners and will sin to the day we die but Praise the Lord that he died for us and all that we have to do is accept this free gift. Amen

My grandma does the same thing. She likes my three girl cousins (age 18, 15 and 10) because they do all the so called normal things. like hanging out with friends, staying up late and having boyfriends. Plus they are all outgoing and not shy. Now my brother and I get treated like crap. I am 17 a senior and way smarter than my 3 cousins combined but I don't stay out late or have a boyfriend so suddenly I'm worth nothing and my poor brother who is slightly autistic and the only boy in the family hardly gets any attention. I have many examples too but as for advice, just deal with it and ignore her, take care of your siblings and cousins who are not like Karlee. I think the Brazil league is better... and will become even more so. The country is booming economically. Also with the upcoming World Cup the football infrasructure is going to be greatly improved. Guy acting really weird.?

There is this guy in my sociology and psychology cles and he acts really strangely around me. I noticed him straight away and in psychology he kept staring at me. The next time I saw him in sociology there was only one seat left next too him so I sat down and we got on really well. After cl I got up and left school and he was behind me, he then just ran over and asked where I was heading too and walked with me the whole way. He kept asking me questions and we where talking about how I had joined the school gym and he said in a joking way he would give me free personal training sessions and I then said i already had one of the p.e teachers doing it for me. Then he said nothing for a while and immediately asked me if i thought he was cute. Since then, he walks with me after cl everyday and always smiles and chats every time he see's me. Does he see me as more than a friend or is it purely platonic? I don't know how too act around him at the moment.
