How do I tell someone I don't like them without telling them?

So there is this girl Mandy that i am 90% sure likes me but i dont want to be in a relationship because of the time and it is at the end of the year of my senior life. She will be moving away and its just not a good idea. I dont want to hurt our friendship by hurting her feelings. So please help!!
