Which is better, Argentina or Brazil?

I think the Brazil league is better... and will become even more so. The country is booming economically. Also with the upcoming World Cup the football infrasructure is going to be greatly improved. I think those factors will 1) slow the export of the middle-tier players that are leaving the country and 2) start to draw back some of the bigger players playing outside of the country.
