Question about Copa America?

What scenarios exist in which peru would qualify for the second round of Copa America, after being robbed in the game against venezuela. Outside of Peru having to win over Bolivia, what has to happen in the game between Uruguay and Venezuela in order for Peru to get in as the leader of the group Or at least second or third best? What does a draw do for Peru. Basically how is it that peru gets in? and how is it that peru doesnt get in to the second round?"
