Are righ-twing supporters in Israel to blame for not reaching Peace with Palestinians?

The Islamic Republic of Iran that this most virulent anti-Israeli country supports by far the largest Jewish population of any Muslim country. So why is it that they are more tolerant than Israel is to the Palestinians?.
