Why aren't people willing to listen to the whole Casey Anthony trial before sentencing her to death in their .?

The entire story has been told in the media for over 2 years but the defense has not put on their case yet and they may have technicalities that would turn the entire case upside down, I personally have made a decision and it has nothing to do with drowning but the first scenario of chloroform given and the duct tape caused her to stop breathing but that does not mean I think she should be sentenced to death without a chance to prove whatever they can prove, the State has the burden of proof and if they do not meet the burden then she should and could walk free. Her defense should have claimed diminished capacity because that is obvious by what she has done.}{
