Canceled K1 finance visa (I129F) but she came anyway!?

I filled out a I129F finance visa for my girlfriend from Barranquilla, Colombia. She got the visa. Later, I found out she was cheating on me so I sent visa cancellation letters to two places. I stated in the letters that I thought she was involved in illegal activities (which I think she was) and that she only wanted the visa "for immigration purposes only." As I sent the cancellation letters, my girlfriend used the visa to enter the United States anyway. What is her fate? Is she going to be able to marry someone else and become legal? Will she eventually be able to become a citizen, although she scammed her way into the United States. Will she be able to just get away with this?
