How do I fully uninstall the program Ares?

I went to the 'uninstall/change programs', and I clicked ares and it said it uninstalled, but the icon was still on my computer, and I can still open it and use it. Is there another file for it or something? Please tell me, it'd be greatly appreciated! Thanks !
