2001 Toyota Celica Counter Offer?

i have a 2001 toyota celica 51,000 miles for sale, moonroof, rear spoiler, alloy wheel........ runs pretty good, but it has a dent in the front, asking price was $9K, somebody counter offered me $7,500, he said it will cost him at least $1K to fix it, should i accept it or i can sale it at a better price?
