Youth Voting?

I'm currently writing a speech to persuade more youth into voting, but i'm having trouble with one main point 'we're given the ability to vote, while others around the world don't or have never had the chance' Does anyone know where i could find which countries don't? I know dictatorships don't for sure, but communism? Sorry if i sound stupid, does communism allow any type of voting system?
