Harrah Casino buffet and shows?

Im going to Harrahs Casino in March. I am wondering about Paula Dean's buffet. What all does she serve on it? What all kind of seafood is served? Lobster, shrimp, crab legs?? I've never been before and im looking forward to it. I can't wait to eat at Paula Dean's buffet. I heard it is good and a lot of food? Can anyone give me an idea. Also some other good restaurants around there? Or some good shows? Thanks
