2000 Mercedes-Benz M-Cl ML320 GOOD OR BAD?

Its nothing but a wallet-sucking lemon. I own a 1998. First week, Engine Light came on, i changed transmission computer 3 times and has only 100,000 miles. Uses expensive gas. Brakes and shocks are expensive. If you have the money to take care of it, than enjoy because other than that, its pretty and fun to drive. However, with all of these problems and a bunch others in the back of my head somewhere, this car never left me stranded on the road, hmmm....
